At Pose Up, every product is made especially for you after you place an order. Because of this made-to-order production process, we follow a strict No Refund & No Return Policy.
No Refund Policy
Since all our products are custom-printed and manufactured only after order confirmation, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
We kindly request you to review your order carefully — including size, color, and design — before completing your purchase.
No Return Policy
As each item is uniquely produced for every customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selection
- Change of mind after ordering
- Minor color variation due to screen differences
- Personal preference issues
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Products)
We take quality seriously. In rare cases, we will provide support if:
- The product is received in a damaged condition
- You receive a wrong product or incorrect design
- There is a major manufacturing defect
In such cases, customers must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the issue
- Provide order details for verification
After review, we may offer a replacement of the same product (no refunds will be issued).
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, as production may start quickly after confirmation. Once production begins, cancellation will not be possible.
Color & Size Disclaimer
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- Size differences of 1–1.5 cm may occur due to manufacturing processes.
These are considered normal and not eligible for return or refund.
